The Leadership Nexus™ Assessment is a way of discovering how you function as a leader. It is divided into two basic components: Thought Time and Action Time. Through this assessment, you will be asked a series of questions about these two fundamental areas of leadership.

In order to receive the most accurate results, please respond honestly about each item as it occurs in one of your typical workdays.

Your assessment answers and results will be scored individually and with your group/organization. Your Program Administrator will issue you an individual report at the the close of your assessment period (as noted in your invite email). Your responses from the assessment will not be shared or disclosed with other members of your group/organization.
